The highest priority for Glencore is to protect health and life of its employees. Glencore Agriculture has introduced a program for improvement of safety to support its operations, projects and plants. The project is called SafeAgri.
SafeAgri is the method which, based on standards, clearly defined processes and risk management, is to help lead to changes in behavior and develop good habits for taking care of health and safety of ourselves, our colleagues and relatives.
By implementing the SafeAgri program we are sure that our employees are fully competent, aware and ready to manage risk in their work positions.
Life Saving Rules and Serious Life Threat Protocols have been prepared as part of the SafeAgri program.
